This time last year, we purchased Inhabit at this very sale and put together a ladies’ syndicate that had such a fantastic experience we were given one clear instruction for this year, secure another one .

This filly will be aimed squarely at the rich Magic Millions race series , with the goal of earning her way into the $500,000 Ladies Bonus associated with the 2YO Classic , just as Inhabit did. It’s a proven pathway, and one we’re excited to follow again.

She is by one of Australia’s greatest ever sires and out of a stakes-performed mare. Quite simply, there are very few stallions you would rather have on your pedigree page than Snitzel , the sire of an outstanding 25 Group 1 winners . This filly is bred very much in the purple, and any level of black-type would see her value increase tenfold.

Her dam, Perceptive , is a Written Tycoon mare who was a multiple stakes performer in South Australia. The Snitzel x Written Tycoon cross is a powerful and proven one, responsible for over 14 stakes winners and operating at an impressive greater than 8% stakes winners to runners .

Physically, she is a lovely moving filly who ticked so many boxes for us on inspection. When pedigree, performance, physical and opportunity all align like this, it’s hard to ignore, and she may genuinely be the best-value yearling we’ve purchased to date .
